Activity Mangement Processes - Introduction

When a sales employee performs his duties, he/she is required to record the the actions and the outcomes on the system according to the level of importance

This document discribs all the activities that can be recorded and the imporatance of recording the acitivies to maintain a profitable sales relationship with the business partners

How to create activities?

Documents --> Activities --> New Activity

This path will direct user to the main acitivity create page and the user will have to enter all the compulsary information required by the Activity document
